Reviews

Soft touch

"I'm a former tennis player and I could "feel" the ball for control. I can feel the ball again allowing better dinks, drop shots and hit harder drives. All with better control."

Truly fun paddle

"I got this paddle almost out of pure curiosity. But im keeping it because of how fun it is. For a paddle covered in a felt like material it still hits really hard and generates decent spin. With the overwhelming consensus being people love to see it and use it, but haaaaattte playing against it. You wouldn't believe how quiet it is in comparison to a normal paddle. Which if you are a better player than me can lead to the most disgusting disguised shots because the lack of sound just adds to the deception. Beyond that I imagine in communities with strict sound rules this paddle should be must have in your collection. Only downside that I would change was due to my mistake alone and that is I would have gotten the one with the longer handle but this is preference and my mistake. I haven't tried the talon so I may be wrong but my opinion is that this won't be your "best" paddle but without a doubt will be your most fun paddle with real utility if quiet is necessary."

Awesome paddle, great conversation starter

"Love love love my new paddle, it freaks everyone we play due to the different sound the paddle makes when hitting the ball, everyone always asks about the material. About the paddle, great control, awesome grip and great for spin serves."

— Patrick C. (5/5)

"Great paddle, deserves a 10. Has slowed my game down yet still has lots of power when needed yet has the ability to touch soon softly. I just love this paddle."

A whole new ball game

"This paddle just hits different, in a good way. The control you get is so different, being able to place shots accurately. Yet at the same time, because of its unique material, it is gentle on your elbows. Simply a game changer."

Owl Paddle Review

"I play a a +4 level and have tried numerous paddles over the years but never the Owl until recently. I purchased the Grey Owl 16mm w/ a 4. 6” handle length. This is a versatile paddle that provides great control to generate spin and power. The only drawback I have is the length of the handle is too short at 4. 6”. I modified the handle to get an extra 1/2” but it’s not the same as a manufactured paddle. I’m hoping Owl will come out with a new paddle with a 5” handle length."
