Plays Well, Warranty Poor!
"Enjoyed playing with the Owl Talon. Then the shaft broke with 2 months. Filed a warranty. An Eric F in customer service implied I broke it in anger. In reflection, I did hit it against my thigh in a tight tournament to hype myself up. Conclusion, poor shaft quality and worse service."

Upped my game, silently!
"This paddle brings the power and control at a fraction of the cost of other competitors top tier paddles, and it does it while be silent! Recently my apartment’s building managers built a couple courts behind our building, very fun, very convenient but also, very loud. To help with noise complaints I picked up the Owl CXE to reduce those complaints but then fell in love with how it played. Coming from a boomstik, this paddle has the power and control of top leading paddles, with the added bonus of being near silent, lots of time confusing opponents and helping me win rallies. This is definitely my new favourite paddle. I ordered the Drew Bree’s edition because the Black and Gold colour way looked super nice and it is! Ive gotten many compliments from others on the paddle and many want to check them out for themselves. I simply cannot recommend this paddle anymore than I already do. Great purchase, great games."

I love my Owl paddle, I just have one problem. . .
"I love the spin and control this paddle gives me. I've only been playing with it for a couple of weeks and the grip wrapping is already tearing. I played with the original paddle for over two years and the handle was fine."

Superb Control and Spin
"Really enjoying the enhanced control with of my new OWL CXE - Drew Brees Limited Edition paddle. Not sure if it's me playing better or my opponents in a trance with the unique look of the Acoustene Surface and quiet sound of the vibration-dampening PowerCore : D It's my new paddle of choice for sure!"

Gold medal 1 month after my review
"Reporting back after my review in January 2026, within a month I played in an Amateur open tournament and won Golf in Men’s Doubles. I mean the Drew Brees CXE did not disappoint. Turning heads and turning water into gold champagne. Still happy with my purchase. Owl be back for more!"

Two Gold Medals in One Tournament
"I played in my 1st tournament 3/13-14/26, since purchasing my Owl CXE in December. I love tournaments and the competitiveness of the games. I've won over 50 medals in the past 4 years. BUT with my CXE paddle my soft game along with the soft sound and soft touch is my secret weapon for great resets, lobs, dinks and winning! MY BEST PADDLE EVER!!!"

OWL CXE - silent assassin in the UK
"I have been using an owl paddle for two years, and recently upgraded to the OWL CXE. The performance jump is immediately noticeable - it delivers excellent control and power, but what really sets it apart is the incredible quietness. It’s so silent that it genuinely catches opponents off guard during the first few games. At my local club they refer to the OWL CXE as the “silent assassin. ” The combination of high-level playability and near-stealth acoustics make it a true game changer."

The best paddle for effortlessly applying spins！
"I come from a table tennis background, and this paddle makes it incredibly easy to generate spin, almost like using rubber. The ball trajectory on drives is amazing. The soft feel characteristic of carpet paddles makes it easy to vary the speed and intensity of the shots. Also, the ball and paddle don't harden in winter, making them difficult to hit. This is the easiest paddle I've ever used!! I've achieved excellent results in competitions using this paddle. I also love the design(^^)"
