Owl Doesn’t Give a Hoot About Their Customers

"The seam of my paddle was splitting after only a couple of uses and the logo fell off the handle. The in-house expert told me that it wouldn’t impact performance and the customer service rep told me to repair it myself with super glue. There are so many paddle options out there. Don’t take a risk with Owl. It’s not worth it. They don’t give a hoot."

Bad customer service

"I’m sad about this because I really liked the paddle, but the customer service was horrible. The box it came in said “approved”, and the actual paddle just says “quiet”, which makes it NOT approved as I was not allowed to use it in tournament play. I reached out for support thru several emails, simply wanted a paddle that says “approved. ” You would’ve thought that a new company would be eager to give a potential repeat customer some really good customer service; this was not my experience at all, as they sent me instructions for an exchange, but as I had used the paddle, I would not qualify as it was not brand new. Unfortunate experience, and now I have a paddle I’ve gotten used to and like that is not tournament approved."

I Love My Owl

"I bought one of the first Owl's about 3 years ago and am still playing with it. It is a wonderful paddle. It has a great feel, touch and good power. And I love how quiet it is. It is the favorite paddle I have ever used by far. Since then, I have bought two other Owl's (the control Owl and the power Owl). I look forward to playing with my family of Owl's."
